Do non-recourse commercial mortgages show up on your personal credit report?

I try to use the equity as leverage also for Heloc or other lines of credit.  

As a FL Mortgage Broker, if I were in the same situation, purchasing a 4-plex, with strong credit and if I had money to put down, I'd look for other options. 

Your credit score, DTI, and proof of liquidity for the down payment are the primary qualifiers for residential financing and lenders will calculate them using the credit reports they pull, the application you complete, and the tax returns and  bank statements that you provide them. 

Because of that mt credit score has dropped below 600.

For example, I just "lost" a house because I used a credit union and a closing of 30 days (the winning offer used 3 weeks).

Tenant had bad credit which he explained (540-570); I wanted to rent the apt for the winter so I wrote a 6 month lease and explained we could extend if all goes well (lease dates Dec 1 - Jun 1).

My credit is a 745 on credit karma.

If there is a value add play then it can be possible but another option may be upping your purchase price a bit and asking for a larger seller credit to offset cash needed to close. 

I am a 32 year old male, great W2 job(130k annually, firefighter/paramedic), I have perfect credit, own my primary residence and have plenty of money in the bank.
