If your in there partnership program they refer you to their client if they need to sell.its a one time yearly fee & any deal closed you pay $1500i couldn't find any reviews or much info on company outside of there website.courage to know if anyone has had any dealings with this company as I find it a little strange that they don't accept any credit card payments only zell or wire or ACH.

(total approx 200k)We cannot find anyone to loan us money (ok we tried like 2 places)---I just never thought this would be so difficult because we own a house outright & we are still getting turned down because of 2 late mortgage payments when my husband was injured & out of work for 5 months last year.We both work and made enough money on our first flip to buy the 350k house outright.I am a real estate agent & our area is very rural.

Knowing that you'll have a good amount of eyes on the property at your ARV of $3.5M, I think you would be able to get it sold in a decent amount of time and save some holding costs.
