What's the process to find out what bank owns it?

For those of you just starting in real estate investing/ or want to, what have been your biggest pain points (hurdles) in the process?

We are in the process of doing our first RAL.

I have tried researching the laws in my state on the eviction process and determining what type of notice would be applicable to the situation.

However, many people don't have the money to pay 100% cash and the savvy investors don't want to pay 100% in cash even if they have the money because they want to use at least some leverage to make returns that are even higher.There is therefore a huge gap in the market and I'm trying to do my best to fill it, even though it's a drop in the ocean at this stage.
