U may want to try it and book a room and see for your self.. so for my trip to DC 3 nights cost me ( actually just checked) it was 60.00 extra 20.00 per night for 24 hour cancellation and half of that for 5 days..

Hi,I have a turnover for a property in Memphis TN, and there's a bit of extra work that needs to be done in addition to standard wear and tear, some bedroom doors need to be replaced, blinds, patching, painting, some floor tiles etc....I got an estimate, and I know everything is costing more these days but it feels a bit aggressive.

Depending on what the numbers look like some of the funds allow you to pull equity out after a few months. which would hopefully allow you to put money back into your heloc.
