I actively market for off-market deals, whatever I can't purchase directly we often look to list.The one problem that comes with it is knowing what your first strategy is and clearly explaining it to the seller.

My objective is to hold a diversified portfolio of high quality assets, managed by the best management companies, in the best and fastest growing markets in the country.
