How was your experience with Lodgify?

I've decided based off of my past experiences that hiring somebody you know and trust is more important than how much the cost is.

Im considering selling a SFR with good tenants, but I know that I will be really inconveniencing them both with showings as well as with a possible  move out if the buyer is an end user.Anyone have experience with this and can guide me on how to get them on board?

It can definitely be an invaluable learning experience and wealth building tool. 

@Pranav Parikh speaking from experience having had many clients set up an STR remotely - based in CA and setting one up in Nashville.First thing to do would be to contact your boots on the ground for a referral.

Does anyone have any experience there and if so what is your advice?

The sellers don’t want to return the earnest money, creating more problems.If anyone has experience with this, could you advise on legal options?
