Been listening to the podcasts a lot lately and I'm excited to jump in!  

Hi my name is Jenn , i am very excited about getting started with some investment properties, i would really like to flip houses as well.

Single Family, Multifamily, Condo or townhouse.4) how did you manage.and whatever else you professionals REI want to add.i am excited to hear your stories.

Any help or recommendations is greatly appreciated.So far we have written our first property investing goal: Buy 4 houses a year.We know its a bit naff but getting to that goal was liberating in itself and we're excited to grow from it.Thanks in advance!

😉)  I have learned a lot already and I am excited about the ideas here!  

The conference looks like it has a good amount of value, but with the Paper Source conference in April, and the Note Expo conference in November, it's difficult to justify the cost of travel, hotel, food and the conference for yet another event in our note investing niche. 

I am also new and very excited to the real estate and real estate investing world!!
