Hi all,Does anyone know if any jurisdictions publish data on their tax lien sales (face values, winning bids, etc.)?

I'm not sure I want to bid on this home now, since I really don't want to bid on homes with HOAs, however, it is in a really good neighborhood and would make an excellent rental, so I might go ahead anyway. 

They will own it if/when they're the winning bidder at the auction.

By using his/her excellent credit score and tax records, my partner will be responsible to find a bank that could finance 80% of the purchase (namely $1.6M).

I don't understand all the terms completely such as "final judgment". the auction is tomorrow and I'm not sure how to bid because I don't know what will be owed if I do win the bid. how can I find out all the pertinent information.any help would be much obliged!

Ken Dunn, excellent information, I was told by a roofer that he would absorb my deductible cost, well never heard back from him after he spoke with my insurer! 

It can really be a win win for both of you.
