But an even bigger reason why the numbers are skewed is that a huge chunk of the overall crime is committed by the 19 million visitors to Myrtle Beach each year (think drunk driving, drug possession, etc) and of course tourists don't get factored into the full-time resident population. 

I have some properties in mind that I think would work well (both short and long-term) but I don't have money for down payments.

However, its highly unlikely that an owner will keep a dog property, that loses money, constantly requires repairs for 37 years. 

The wholesaler isn't a competent contractor or even a competent investor themselves 99% of the time, so you have to decide who you want to rely upon for estimates.

What kind of money do you have invested in that mirror house?

Most real estate showings are evenings and weekends.

It appears it will be close to break-even even at the current rents.  

But the one I'm working with has served me really well even though I have not  yet signed an agreement with her.  

Is it necessary to pay that much money?
