But I was very quick in getting them whatever documentation they asked for along the way, and I was very proactive towards the end with calling them and checking on the status.

This cost should include all of the legal documents, all of the costs to form a limited liability company (through dissolution), and unlimited consulting to get the transaction completed

If documents of your transaction are in error and you have an insured closing, costs to correct the matter are covered.

With this company, Sebonic Financial / Cardinal Financial they are asking for way more documentation than I have ever had to provide.  

I use the numbers the seller or the seller's agent gives me, to figure the price I'll offer on an "Intent to Purchase" one page document. 

Now at least he's about broken even, and maybe a little positive.I don't think I would go for a RE license nowience.And I have some good news.

If the will was filed and it does not mention the brother inheriting the house, or if the will was never officially filed with the clerk, that's good news for the sister.The bottom line is, you need to get ahold of some straightfoward facts.
