A new fridge can be bought for around 500$ at Home Depot if you don’t care about digital displays ice makers and stainless steel .

They brought in the big hardware to bust up the concrete.   

The inspector could not identify where it originated, yet had higher moisture content than normal (23 - single digits to low teens is "normal"), and the roofer I had go out later said the roof needed replacing and cited an area in his inspection that looks to be sagging in the shingles/wood of an area. 

You never hand money to anyone, especially not with four or more digits attached, without paperwork.

Biggest thing would be access, parking and security/access (ie. digital vs manual key & locks) need to have the system managed/organized at least to some sort of degree! 

You might find something at the hardware store that would help dissolve it.
