I do not mind driving if I have toThank you

I'm curious if anyone else has done a commercial driving for dollars campaign?  

Everything in Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs (a population of 2.5million) are accessible by about 1 hour drive every which way you put it. 

I have one property I have a PM renting for me in another state and that is the extent of my REI experiences.So, after reading a recent success story, I decided I would drive around town during some free time I had to see if there were any homes that appeared to be vacant.

All my tenants (25 of them) know where I live and they see me at the grocery store and they wave when I drive by them on the street.

You shouldn't work in Cobb County, I hear its terrible there and there's no deals...in fact, I hear anybody who works there gets horribly diseased and their wives leave them.On a serious note, I like to hire guys that aren't driving forever to get on site, but most GC's in Atlanta are used to driving across town, so they really dont have to be local to Cobb by a long shot.

The only thing that I can think of is that I'm going to have to drive to her in order to get the contracts signed.
