Blomberg units were once in this category (or near it), but have declined since manufacturing shifted from Germany to Turkey.Whirlpool/Electrolux have recently introduced heat pump driven, compact dryers in North America, which is an interesting development ... if only their reliability / repair history were better.Ventless (condensation or heat pump) dryers work well, but differently, than the more traditional in N.A. element driven dryers.  

The borrowers have the capacity to service the debt.

It had/has a city lien against it for lawn service, I leave it for the lease option tenant to pay me in the future.

The other caveat is that your credit score will determine the LTV as well as your ability to service the debt.

One declined to go further with this tenant; the other went ahead and rented to him. 

For the 18 months that I hired them for their services, they have charged me over $11,000 for maintenance, repairs, & upkeep of this home.
