A somewhat easier process to just buying raw land and having to develop it and build the house, would be to find a subdivision where a builder is actively marketing and building either on spec or building for customers like yourself.

There’s plenty of strategies to utilize in order to begin your real estate journey.

Hello Jen1) How so many people have no clue, and most customers are going to freak out when buying their first home ( I did, too )2) I think you MUST keep your day job until your comfortable enough to plunge in full time.

i don't think sub to is a new investor strategy.

Prices also vary depending on where you are looking to buy.BRRR and TK are COMPLETELY different strategies with a significantly different risk, time, money & stresses involved.
