The differences that I see between cops in America and in most other countries that I have spent time in are:a) In most countries, cops and other security services will start out with a polite tone and then become more assertive / aggressive if you do not cooperate.

I keep reading about cash-flowing deals in areas all over the country for a multi-family property for $250-300K.

I know overall costs vary widely depending on where you are in the country, but it seems like ratios would stay pretty much the same.

People are experiencing this exact thing in many markets all around the country, as competition is especially high on foreclosures and short sales.

3) I can’t imagine any place in the country where $10K will get you a full interior rehab and a new roof.
