Here's a article from TechDirt that supposedly explains what happened to Infomercial Scams: The Death Of InfomercialScams.com Here's a little more about the buildup to that from The Consumerist: InfomercialScams.com Gets Sued Constantly It looks like Informercial Ratings was owned by the same guy and was part of the suit, from what I was able to find online.

I have been using the templates on constant contact for my email blasts to wholesale buyers.However, with the proliferation of blackberrys and other tech phones, ive noticed the html doesnt work on blackberry phones etc, and alot of times people check mail on their phone but not on their computer these days.So I am thinking about making my emails all text, with a few links at the bottom to more pictures etc.Wondering what people think about this strategy?
