From my understanding real estate in big markets such as Chicago, Miami, LA, and NY is very difficult to make profit on because of taxes and other fees.

From my understanding, DM is most effective if you can do several rounds 3+.

I understand that margins might be tighter, and income may not be as attractive as the STR market, but we also don't have the capital, time, or competitive edge to deal in the STR market in the 30A corridor right now.Don't get me wrong...

I am well traveled and very culturally experienced and am a dedicated sales and marketing professional who exceeds goals, retains customers and maintains a strong reputation for customer satisfaction.With all that said, I am looking to understand the US market for both professional and personal reasons. 

Also can someone please explain the refinancing part in very easy to understand terms, I'm having a hard time grasping that concept of getting the money back to reinvest? 

Rural to weak suburban is a no go unless a local investor that lives their and understand the area block by block.  

I understand much of the red tape associated with new construction first hand from building my own home, but blame much of it on a very incompetent builder.Thanks!
