Buffalo has been a great market for me personally and for investors in general as our property management and Realty company has grown to over 600 doors.The key to investing in Buffalo is location and asset condition.  

When I was living in the house for over 10 years, I had multiple contractors to bid on Windows, kitchen counter tops, bathroom remodels....and the quotes were all so outrageously high from every company, we ended up doing a lot of work ourselves.

I have called around in my area and it seems like Property Management companies charge 10% of the gross Rent. 

They might be concerned about.The only time we run into this is if we take a property over in our property management company and we did not have photos before.

Any contact names for companies I should get in contact with would be greatly appreciated.

Lots of investor friendly wholesalers, lenders, title companies, agents etc.

If you have a connection with a company that provides them, I would get in contact with them.
