It is true that some contractor don’t like working with investors, however, if your communicating properly and being clear and concise with what you want done for your project/projects, you will find a reputable contractor to work with.

They should also be able to help you find a qualified professional to look at the issue and provide quotes for any necessary repairs, manage contingency deadlines, communicate well with the selling side etc. but I wouldn’t be too hard on them for not readily having all the answers in a situation that might not have a clear answer.

They were a cash paying tenant at the time of the eviction.The tenant is still willing to communicate with me by email, so maybe I could convince them to do this  "One Shot deal" in exchange for  me not  hassling  them and their social worker about the furniture they stole.
