They are not human rights.We still live in a capitalist system (at least for the moment) and in that system people that provide a service are rewarded. 

As I type and as someone read this, there was NEVER been these forums or tools available so those early investors are talking about a time that will never occur again where little education will reap huge rewards.  

Which option carries the best risk/reward ratio?

As reward, I will provide a clean, safe, functional home and be responsive to routine service requests.

As an investor, this translates to a market segment with substantial demand and the potential for rewarding returns on your investment while also getting to take advantage of the affordability of the fabrication process as well.

I invest for personal wealth, but also so I can be more charitable.

I love the fact that I can drive around and see what I own, so rewarding to me.

Why would a seller take the risk to work with a buyer a bank would not touch for such a small reward?

It seems like its a bit risky but also potential for great reward.

I find it extremely rewarding and lucrative.
