@Jennifer Katherine De Loughy- probably not ....try reaching out to local bank / credit unions  that are close to the property ...try reaching out to any bank connections you have ....you might find a lender that's willing to  cross collateralize  it with your home

I'd also mention that the rents were raised because they were well below market value and still are below market value, so they've been paying less in rent for X years.I'd also explain if the floors get replaced, they have to move all of their stuff out of those rooms and leave it out until the new floors can be walked on.

When the building is fully rented allowing for a 10% vacancy the NOI will be $136,800.00 which will put the value around $1,700,000.00The refi I have in place at current rates will give me about 200K cash out and 50K cash flow a year.There's a ton more I could add in here but it's already a long post.

So that I find out doing my own calls to find out why the offers was denied even was just so close from asking price and Im willing to go with second offer, I found out that the place has reserve litigation issue and my agent who I rely on and keep emphasizing how we need to work smart dropped the ball again on me and didn't due enough diligence even he claims he knows how to do property searches etc etc which made me feel its an extra that he has, it was very sample to just ask the listing agent so not to waste my time neither his sending unnecessary contracts...
