I have an investor looking to buy a new single family home or a duplex in the Toccoa, GA.

I'm in Orlando and see this so much, people with young families will buy a STR because they will be coming here 1-2 X a year for the next 10-15 years.

For example I work with CA investors that buy in Reno, Nevada because it's close to CA, low property taxes, and job growth.

Since a VA inspector would need to verify the condition and value of a home before the money is lent, does this mean there is no way to buy a foreclosure with VA loan financing?

@Alan HaleCan’t answer number 2 but financing has nothing to do with your profit I’m it doesn’t matter what you buy whether a car, home or pack of toothpicks, your profit is what you paid for it minus your costs/expensesWhere financing does come into play is it is a cost as money is not free - but it’s only what you have paid for that financing.Hope that makes sense
