I listed my property on cozy.co and then shortly after created an ad on craigslist and to my surprise craigslist blocked the property listing due to cozy.

The buyer's realtor has initiated the process with the local FD to burn the cabin but I am concerned that there will be additional road blocks if there are items that remain in the rubble that need to be buried that will cause issues with the buyer's lender. 

It's the ugly duckling on the block on an otherwise really nice street.

The last house I did was 95% stucco and the windows had a flange around the outside, not a block style.

There are houses the next major road (5 short blocks away) up that are going for 400-600,000$ and those prices are moving in the direction of where this house is based on development going on around it which will hopefully make it great to rent because people want to live within walking distance to the local coffee shop (15-20 min walk), a farmers market (15-20 min walk), 2 grocery stores (15-25 mins in either direction) .

Living and kitchen blocked by walls made everything seem smaller.

Also, they used to purchase blocks of insurance through Lloyds of London to secure their underwritings and I believe that they are doing it internally now.
