Hello Bigger Pocket friends - I have an urgent question to ask.

Is it better to buy fewer, more expensive deals that may cashflow more (though will require a bigger outlay of initial capital) or to spread out this capital in creative ways to fund a few deals?

I've been using the Bigger Pockets calculator religious to tally up what is the highest I'm willing to pay. 

I think you should probably start looking at the bigger picture, let's say 4-5 years from now, rather than 1-2 years ... 

I am new to bigger pockets after reading the book on rental properties, becoming a real estate referral agent, and listening to some podcasts I figured I should sign up.
