how much of the "majority" do you believe is the right amount?

Their mandate is to protect the individual that is teetering on the brink of falling into the welfare system.No I believe 100% that the courts are enabling these criminals to stall the system for a reason.

We believe this will be our best opportunity to get into real estate and open up a couple of paths to go from there.

I believe that the city is even offering a free lot for the home to be moved to, but I cannot confirm that at this time.

The fee I will charge is low because I will work based on quantity of properties, but I do believe it can create enough income for me.

However, I have not always needed to do this and I believe @Pedro Urena is correct in finding an investor friendly title company to close.  

I've talked to some people in person that seem to believe it can be done, but haven't found the right answers from a lender yet.

However, there are others that believe in choosing the "best" applicant. 

If I am to believe all of the great that a “good” property manager can do- then I would think placing a good tenant at the highest rent should be your paramount issue with this rental.

@John Dorma you should think through the income and determine what you believe you can collect.
