So, after way too much preamble, my question: Is it worth doing a BRRRR deal where, you put down 100% cash (by pulling it out of other properties, assuming I can figure that out) on a house for about $950k, renovate for $250k or so, refinance on a property now worth $1.4M but then basically just are cash flow neutral after?

Basically, I’m concerned that I’m making a bad decision and it’s going to be hard to rent out a townhouse in the price range of 2,800-3K or worst case scenario trying to sell in a couple years since buyer at 500k+ price points are typically more selective/picky.Anyone else own higher priced rentals in Biltmore area or Old town Scottsdale?
