We are looking to install keypad door locks / levers or knobs (not deadbolts) where the access passcodes can automatically be changed when new tenants come.

For example if all tenants can commit to Tuesday and Thursday evenings 5-8 and Saturdays 10-2, these are the showing hours advertised and all requests in these hours will be confirmed yes automatically with text notifications sent to tenants as a heads up.

I can see that you sync your air bnb calendar on there and whenever a new booking comes up for that listing the cleaner automatically gets notified and can accept the clean.

If within 3-4 quarter we keep 3% rate then it's automatic our Fed rate would be 4-5%.It's simple math, if Fed real rate is negative 4% like today, it's the US gov. that would collapse, not us.
