The basics are that you say what you are doing, start the timer, and stop it when you complete the task. 

I know a G 4 would cost you north of 20k and hour to operate NOT 4k a month.. so after maybe a few glass's of wine I took him to task.. on this site and he never came back the Mods let me do it..

I’m not anti wholesaler I’ve done it in the past, but I think the mls part… it’s just not ideal for anyone. that’s not just a critical statement but for your sake, you will get a lot more tire kickers and people with financing types that won’t work for wholesale. 

They are two completely different expense categories and two completely different tasks.

It does have its limitations with property management tasks though.

At least do small tasks like paint.

The banks really keep you on task and the deadlines help with the completion of the projects.
