Do I need to do anything to ensure it’s possible to write it all off?

A couple of land investors have told me that after dealing with all the HOAs’ rules, they never want to buy inside an HOA again.

We have all had people help us find the success we have had and are willing to pass along the info we have picked up.

If you are the tenant, the LL should provide the form in almost all cases.

Is anyone else frustrated with all the different hosts on main BP podcast?

I've read this entire discussion.You've got to be sh*tting me...What's with all the potty talk...?

I'm not wanting to sound condescending at all, however if this is your first time doing a sub-to there's a lot to learn about. 

Whenever I come across these type situations and if I still want to do the deal I have the borrower sell the property to me for the loan amount and allow him to buyback the property if all payments are made and the “loan” is paid off.
