I want to flip a property while I am here.

Any referrals for agents, property management, and other area professionals would be much appreciated.

This property isn’t in an A class neighborhood by any means and really just looking to update enough to be able to be livable.

I live in Monmouth County NJ and I am looking to invest in multifamily property's where I can use the BRRRR method of investing.

My parents have been very involved in the purchasing process- touring the property with me, etc.

some of the charges are driving with a suspended license criminal littering/ pollution on private property no mandatory insurance unsafe lane changecriminal trespassing...showed bonded out and later dismissed disorderly conduct...later dismissed driving with no head lanps

I’m not currently working so my income is basically the 300k + (28k gross or 15k net) from another rental property. can I do a cost segregation to offset my tax bill incurring from the Ira withdrawal for 2024? 

Also, the lender won’t take back the property in leu of payment-we asked.
