I'd suggest going on fb groups for 'airbnb automated' its a very arbitrage focused group, but has some owners like me just chatting with people about airbnb strategies in general.

Other than our rental homes we are total novices in terms of flipping, wholesaling ect. but have read a few books, watched some YouTube videos and read a lot on this site.
