I don't mind selling off stocks once the title company wants something official.  

But a reverse exchange sort of makes that work.In a reverse exchange the QI for the 1031 forms a holding entity called the EAT and purchases the new properties and holds them in title while you control them and operate them until you sell your old property.

Also, if you put the title of the vehicle in the name of the business, be sure you are using the vehicle 100% for business use.

If you don't want your information to be present in such a way, you can take the efforts to change the titling of your properties and that'll prevent it from happening in the future, but as for what's already out there, outside of complaining directly to the companies that post the information, you're probably stuck.
