If you're still researching, I'd recommend looking into the Midwest markets, especially if you have a travel contract in any of those markets.  

If you're interested in handling the maintenance and upkeep yourself, I would recommend researching more info on your area specifically, find any growing or slightly urbanized areas in SE OH (might be limited there).

If you are committed, I recommend starting to ask pointed and well researched questions and to start attending as many meetups as you can. 

If you are having trouble finding applicants I would recommend adding to to facebook, groups, and more.

I always recommend that they start small.
