Just jumping onto this thread as I closed on my first property (in Memphis) with REI this past Friday.

I'm setting up my LLC next Friday, then I can setup my 401(k) ...

I just passed the exam this past Friday and now my next step is to find a broker willing to take me on as an independent contractor.

So far so good contract was signed Friday and 4 days to do due diligence.

I just closed on my first multi-family on Friday and am ready to start the process of getting tenants in there!

Going back Friday night with a UV flashlight to take pics and find where the cleaners may have missed.
