I agree with @Matt R.and @Bob Bowling... you should consider total profitability (cash flow + appreciation), not just cash flow and not just appreciation, but the entire picture.

@Robert Del ToroMy first thought is not to use that image on your prospectus.On a more serious note, to find private investors you'll either have to have one in your circle of friends/family/acquaintances, or you'll have to talk to other real estate investors (by actually being helpful, interested, and their friend) and then see if you can find the people who help them finance their deals.I'm not even connected, and I can tell you, it's super irritating to meet someone and have them asking me if a know/have a private investor like, 5 minutes later.Build the relationships, put in the hustle, the money will come once you set the stage.

You can put a little food coloring in the tank water, and wait 10-15 minutes to see if the color shows up in the bowl water.

I absolutely detest DMM, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.However if you have your reasons to do DMM, I would ABSOLUTELY suggest you have a super credible pimped out IC site ready to receive your DMM traffic.So definitely put your URL on the mailers and the call to action SHOULD be ... visit our website for more info.This is an absolute must!
