Well he has that park, probably 50 homes in it and well, his wife is not feelin so well and they are spending more time at the winter house in Florida and in the RV.

It appears from the units we got to view that the people are somewhat of pack rats.  

We finally came to an agreement that satisfied both our needs.Here is the deal:Purchase Price: $258,000Option Payment: $7,400Monthly Payment: $1850Lease Term: 3-yearAll of this was agreed to be paid in about a months time while I looked for a tenant/buyer and they have a chance to get packed up and out of the house.Although the terms may not appear to be the greatest, the main objective was to show that it is possible with no money down.

We just wholesaled two large RV parks, one small MHP and have four more MHPs in the pipeline in the greater Houston area.

I will be able to do my own work, comps, see houses when I want etc.Second, I am gradually packing my golden parachute.
