I have been reading as much as I can on investing in general and have some high level knowledge about STR but curious if there's any books (BP publishing or otherwise) or anything else anyone recommends for learning more about renting through Air BnB or similar platforms? 

@John Underwood The plan would be to choose the best location, probably down by our creek with a fire pit, then build an elevated platform for the canvas tent to sit on so there would be a small 'porch' to sit on outside of the tent.

Some folks build out Podio or similar CRM platforms to manage deal flow.

I’m seeing how might be best to do that given the BP platform limitations.

@Dave E.It turned out the water was leaking from the shower head onto the jacuzzi platform and eventually flowing out, I guess I will need to replace with a new shower head.

@Jonathan GreeneAfter a closer examination we noticed the showerhead was leaking keeping the jacuzzi bathtub platform always wet, the bathroom wall tiles also tend to get wet and we mostly observed titles and tub turning dark with our earlier tenants but not with our previous tenants who were a family.
