If it is just nailed up Paneling it should be easy to remove.

I could see in apartments or home rentals to hide the nail holes in the walls when the tenants change.I personally like the look of knock down on ceilings; give it character.I have just finished working on an old home that had issues with the plaster coming off the walls and cracking in places.

Nailing the CPA exam would be quite an accomplishment and those credientials would serve you well in real estate.

That's why they spray that texture because it hides all the nails, and imperfections in the ceiling, and it is quick, cheap, and easy solution for home builders.7.
