How many times would you have to make the trip just to ensure they are working (troubleshoot)?

I have a property management company who manages a remote condo.When I woke up this morning I had an email that basically said there was a water leak in the kitchen and the place is full of mold. 

We made a lot of trips to the dumpsters, one wheelbarrow at a time.We've since mowed and it's starting to look respectable.

You will not be buying anything this trip. - If you must, fly out and see a property during the inspection/option period AFTER you have it under contract.

UPDATE: I called the landlord this morning.

Buyers who see themselves living there will ask themselves the same question: in order to use this huge bathroom I'd probably have to live in the basement...Gas station, does not help the upper bathroom pic basically envisions you stepping out of the shower and exposing yourself to people filling up their cars in the morning.  

I called Chris Martin from Home 1 Inspection Service this morning and have him lined up for Saturday morning.
