Randomize the order, find some accepted cultural markers for coffee table books and decorations to switch out (when academics have done "resume research," they use names that are 90% one group or the other -- "Jake Smith" is generally a white dude, "Jamar Smith" is generally a black dude, so when Jake gets 50% more callbacks with an identical resume, there's good reason to suspect foul play).

I've been in the real estate world for a few years working with real estate developers, real estate agents and now working with my amazing team here in Oahu with residential buyers and sellers.I'd love to connect with anyone on the island to grab a coffee or drink with. 

I'm always looking for an excuse to grab a coffee and chat real estate.

Nonetheless, I felt like this community could be a great place to be vulnerable and see if there is anyone in the Nashville area willing to share some insight for a free lunch or coffee! 

That is definitely more labor intensive, and may not fit your timeline, but I thought I'd throw it out there since even good towns like Newport have pockets that are tougher areas.I'd also recommend attending local real estate groups, such as RIREIG and there are some in Fall River as well, and taking some folks out for coffee, investors or even agents who are active in that part of the state, to get a better sense of the area.Once you're in town, I can recommend a few people specifically who have experience in the Newport/Aquidneck area, who you could get together with or talk to.

I have used Lynn in the past for house looking (for a residence) so I have an existing relationship with her.Does not hurt to ask....since we are at the same point, we should definitely get together for some coffee.
