@Theresa Harris the mortgage is around 500 and the tax insurance is about 200 a month and the rent should clear it by at least 500 leaving that for repairs

The tourist industry will bounce back, but it may take a couple years so you may want to wait a little longer before purchasing something.If the tourist industry really takes a hit in 2020, you could see a lot of investors sell their vacation rentals cheap just to survive.
