Why do property mangment companies have all the rights in this city Las Vegas. the place wasn't clean fridge didn't work toilets didn't work and the othwer people left the garage full of junk. she had to clean remove and is being charged to do her own cleaning, remove the junk fix the toilets then the washer went out  this all in the first 2 weeks.

Aside from potential zoning issues...Is the rent $2,400 for each door, or for the entire property? 

If I read that correctly, you're getting what amounts to less than $100/month per door. 

I currently am the property manager for a large 240 door apartment community.

To me a coach house is a converted stable or garage.

The rents are below market, the current owner does not charge any rent for outside parking spaces, the parking garage rents are below market rate, there is a beautiful unit being used as an office that could command $900/month, storage fees are not implemented, water is being paid by owner, etc.
