Hello ,I have a commercial property that Im very interested in , I have done commercial deals before but want to use investors and other peoples money to fund it and start funding all my further projects .

My lease allows me to charge them for it, but man, I guess people who have no skin in the game are just careless.

Its all on what you want, but there are classes out there if you are tired of the guessing game.
