Besides sourcing good deals to real estate syndicators you can bring specific skill sets to the table as well: Rehab/construction experience, marketing, design, property/asset management, cash flow improvement strategies, etc.

When the rubber meets the road everyone will talk at the table to keep things moving.Our country isn't perfect but compared to many other places I still love it nonetheless.So I see this resolving before the deadline but the shockwaves and affects are felt long after the actual event happens.

Or do you have to spend time to send yellow letters, track foreclosures, learn how to buy sub-2, & sit down with sellers at their kitchen table on Saturday night from a lead call.I had the same dilemma when I was a stockbroker working from 6AM to 6PM and sometime later at night.

With the market in southern California picking up, prices get out of control very fast, as they're already ridiculous, so the sooner you can get something started, the more $$$ on the table to be made - and in the end even with JV partners, you come out ahead!
