Agents RARELY Invest Themselves.Therefore, finding an agent who actually invests (especially creatively as in wholesaling, owner finance, etc) is rare.When you do find one, then they are of extreme value to keep around! 

We have worked with 2 others over the past year and had bad experiences in the sense that response time has been extremely inefficient and costs have been outrageous for the work we have requested.

I consider my current real estate research and readings a side hustle for now, with hopes of turning it into a full-time commitment.I currently reside in Queens, New York (just outside of NYC) and it seems that all the property here is priced extremely high.  

This work for rent sounds bit extreme, but I have definitely heard of legitimate, capable workers who is willing to take a discounted pay for 1) long term, regular job and 2) dree housing.  

I am currently working with a new investor but I am extremely driven and have the ability to gather numorous properties and wanted to grow  business.

Really made me take another hard look at my "systems" Because it was clear I was dealing with a tenant who was extremely knowledgeable about the system and not in the "I don't want to be taken advantage of by my landlord" kind of way but more in the "I want to take advantage of my landlord" kind of way.  

He is extremely conservative which is lucky for me because if he wanted to take on all the finincacial risk himself (and he could) he wouldn't need me.
