Agents RARELY Invest Themselves.Therefore, finding an agent who actually invests (especially creatively as in wholesaling, owner finance, etc) is rare.When you do find one, then they are of extreme value to keep around!

Really made me take another hard look at my "systems" Because it was clear I was dealing with a tenant who was extremely knowledgeable about the system and not in the "I don't want to be taken advantage of by my landlord" kind of way but more in the "I want to take advantage of my landlord" kind of way.
