George, I feel for you man, that's a tough one, in my property they can actually turn around either in the front or the back (both places going into the grass) but I'm afraid if they turn in the back they might hit the garage or the house eventually!

It's a lot of work to deal with those issues and if I can't use the property for highest and best use I take a hit and have a marginal property at best.My time is worth a lot of money.

I do not like the fact that you pay water for all and electric for section 8.

In my experience MLS deals are going to be very few and far between at least until spring hits.

Plowing of snow is expensive and now you hit a manhole or take a portion of the curb out with the plow.

I'm getting a lot of hits on my website from craigslist ads, no deals yet but hits are better than nothing.

It's a huge hit.
