I'm looking to purchase a home in New York for about 250 K or under of course, these properties need a little bit of work but might sell for 3 to 350 K depending how much u invest, I wonder if I might be able to contact my real estate buddy so he can find me deals of this sort, talk to the seller or sellers agent and see if we can work a deal where he can sell me the property,  I fix it, get a buyer and have a closing for both buyer n seller, at same time, would that prevent me double closing costs?

And if you need someone to view properties for you, take pictures, give me a shout.

Most are embellished to give a rosier picture than actuality, and seems to be common practice across the board.  

When I saw your name in BP I actually did a double-take.

Were in Columbus Ohio in contract on a double and just wanted to see if anyone knew of a bank that would lend on a double for less than 25% down.

I was told someone else is filing a case against her as well and I forwarded the emails, pictures, and videos to the National REIA. 

.-  They know your properties overtime-  They will jump for you when needed if you treat them fair and build a relationship-  When they re key a property I haven't had a chance to visit I will ask him to take pictures and give me feedback on what needs to be done.  

I do it because my kids need me to do it - it is what people in this picture need and expect me to do, and it'll be done (but I indeed cringe...)

I think having double tie downs on the roof trusses versus single or none can make a difference in your rate....and so the roof doesn't fly off in a hurricane.
