Usually it's anywhere from $15-50.Your best bet is to find a rental on HAR.

Credit Unions and Small Community Banks will be your best bet.

If you were in Tampa I could help you out more specifically.Your best bet would be to decide whether the land is worth more as SFH or TH.

I'll bet they have an obligation to keep the premises clean and in good repair and are prohibited to destroy the place.  

If it won't cash-flow, perhaps your next best bet is to attract local Flippers who specialize in rehabbing for the retail Owner-occupier market?

I bet the original house, which is smaller, is the one on record.

I was told that a lease option was my best bet in my position but I would like to fully understand the whole lease option deal.

I am also in baltimore and can tell u anything that "costs 4500" better involve something incredibly significant, id be willing to bet your problem isn't worth anywhere near that much money .
