@Joshua Dorkin - Thanks for the response.I had figured that part out but the stats available do not drill down to get more specific data i.e.I can see how many votes I have received but I cannot click on the number presented to see who voted and what post they voted on.alsoThere are no stats showing how many votes I have given out, who I voted for and what post I voted on.

Don't get greedy, if you have the money, follow more of a management path, do ten deals a year for half the money, you'll do better than doing three trying to do more or everything.Your dad probably has a head for numbers, you concentrate on keeping the money safe he can see if things pencils out.

However; that too has its risks, and there has to be some safeguards in place so as to release funds based on work being done, etc. and not get to far out ahead of what's happening on the ground.
