The well is in good shape and up to code and the current guy that is doing the water testing said that he can’t see it going dry.

Also, I don't think flip projects will dry up first, I think flipped/rehabbed house buyers will dry up first then we'll see flip project prices dropping as flipped houses sit and prices on them drop.
